Ratty. Used to abbreviate Hanratty or Radcliffe, which see, in Co. Dublin in the north - east of Southern Leinster.

O Raverty. Used for O Rafferty, which see, in Co. Louth in the north - east of Northern Leinster and nearby in south - east of the Ulster Province.

Rawley or Raleigh. English toponymic  origins. They were at Rawleystown / Ballinrawley in Co. Limerick in the mid - north - west of the Munster Province in the late 16th Century AD. de Rallye / Rolly who was at Any in Co. Limerick in 1307 AD may have been their ancestor. See also - Rally.
