Lendrum. Scottish toponymic origins. They came from Aberdeenshire and have been in Co. Fermanagh and Co. Tyrone in Southern Ulster since the Mid - 17th Century AD after the Confiscation of the 3,500,000 acres of the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niaill territories there and the Foreign non - Catholic Plantations there.

O Lenaghan or O Lenihan or O Linehan or O Lenahan - Irish / Ua Leannachain - leannach / sorrowful. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Roscommon in the east of the Connacht Province.

O Lenigan. Used as a variant for O Lanigan, which see. Sometimes also for O Lenihan, which see.

O Lenahan or O Lenihan or O Leneghan or O Linehan - Irish / Ua Luingeachan. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in and were Chiefs in Co. Tipperary in Ormond / Aur Mhumhain / North Eastern Munster and are now in Co. Limerick and Co. Cork in Munster.

Lestrange. English origins. They were in Co. Westmeath in the south - west of Southern Leinster in the 16th Century AD.

Leth. They were in Co. Carlow in Southern Leinster and Co. Dublin in the north - east of Southern Leinster.

Lett -  Latin - laetitia / joy. English origins. They arrived into Co. Wexford in the south - east of Southern Leinster with the Oliver Cromwell Invasion.
