Grayhan. See - Grehan.

Greacen or Grayson - grieve / steward. They were in Co. Monaghan in Southern Ulster.

Mac Gread or Mac Grade. Abbreviated variants  for Mac Grady, which see, used in the west of the Ulster Province. Occasionally used as a synonym also for Mac Grath, which see.

Mac Gready or Mac Greedy - Irish / Mag Riada. Corrupted also later to Ui Griada. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Mayo and nearby in Co. Roscommon in Mid Connacht Province. For Gready see also Grady.

Mac Greal. Originally Irish / Mheic Neill. Mag Reill now used. They were a galloglass / mercenary Family in Co. Mayo and Co. Leitrim in the Connacht Province.

Mag Grealish - Irish / Mag Riallghuis. A form used in the Connacht Province for Mac Nelis. Some also known in the Ulster Province as Mac Grellis or Mac Grillis.

Mac Greally - Irish / Mag Raoghallaigh - raoghallach. Used as a variant for Reilly - Irish / Raghallaigh, which see. Greally without the Mac was used in Co. Galway and nearby in Co. Mayo in the south - west of the Connacht Province.

O Greaney - Irish / Ua Grainne. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Kerry in the south - west of Iar Mhumhain / Western Munster Province. In the Connacht Province the Mac is used. See also Graney.
