O Callagy - Irish / Ua Calgaigh. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Sligo in the north - west of the Connacht Province. They were also in Co. Galway in Southern Connacht.

O Callahan - See O Callaghan.

O Callan - Irish / Ua Cathalain. A Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Ui Felim Dal Cuinn 3 Colla Sept / Family branch, who were descended from a King of Fearnmag, who had their territory in their kingdom of Orghialla / Oriel in Co. Monaghan in Southern Ulster and Co. Louth in the north - east of Northern Leinster. Not connected to O Cahalane, but can sometimes be a toponymic derivation. Ancestors: *84.Eochy / Echu "Doimhlen," *83.Cairbre "Liffeachair" the 116th King of Tara / Ireland, *80.Conn of the Hundred Battles the 110th King of Tara / Ireland (Dal Cuinn).

O Callan - Irish / Ua Cathalain. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Kilkenny in the south - west of Southern Leinster.

Mac Callan. Used as a variant for Mac Callion, which see, in Co. Fermanagh in the south - west of the Ulster Province. Sometimes also changed to Collins there.

Mac Callery. May be a variation used by some of the Irish - Mac Gallerys, which see, in the Connacht Province, whose original territory was in Co. Clare in the north - west of Thomond / Tuaiscert Mhumhain / Northern Munster.

O Callighan or O Calligan. Used as variants for O Callaghan, which see.

Mac Calilly or Mac Callilly or Mac Callely. Used as variants originally for Mac Alilly. Especially see - Mac Lilly.

O Callinan - Irish / Ua Callanain. A Heberian Eoghanacht Sept / Family branch, who were physicians to the Mac Carthys who had their territory in Co. Cork in Southern Munster. Ancestors: *85.Eoghan "Mor" (Eoghanachta), *84.Ailill "Oluimm" the 1st King of Munster.

O Callinan. An Erenagh Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Galway in Southern Connacht.

Mac Callion. Gaelic Irish / Mheic Cailin. A galloglass / mercenary family who were with the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niaill Ui Conaill O Donnells at Ballymacallion in Co. Derry and Co. Donegal in Northern Ulster. See also - Mac Campbell and Mac Callan.
