Ui Theig - A Heremonian Cu Corb Ui Mail Sept descended directly from 90.Main "Mal," a younger brother of 90.Cahir - Cathair "Mor" the 109th King of Tara - Ireland in the 2nd Century AD, who were both sons of 89.Felim - Feidlimid "Fer Aurglas," a son of 88.Corbmac "Gelta Gaeth,"  a son of 87.Nia "Corb" one of the 4 sons of 86.Cu "Corb" the direct ancestor of all the Cu Corb Septs of Leinster. 90.Main "Mal" is the direct ancestor of the O Kelly - Ui Cellaig Cualann Sept who were the Kings of Hy Maile. Their territory was in the north of Co. Wicklow to the south of Tallagh along the northern slopes of the hills and across the northern slopes of Glenasmole including Killininny, Ballycullen and Kilmacheth. Nearby were the Cu Corb Ui Dunlainge O Byrnes and O Tooles and the territory was taken from them after the Anglo - Norman Invasion. In 1376 - 1406 Aed was the Ui Mail King.

Corco Fir Thri - A Sept who had their territory on West Loch Arrow below one of the Calraige Septs in Connacht.

Fir Thulach Mide - A Heremonian  Cu Corb Ui Cheinnselaig Sept descended from 99.Brandub the 12th Ui Cheinnselaig King & Cu Corb 7th King of Leinster, who was a son of 98.Eochy - Echu the 10th Ui Cheinnselaig King, who was a son of 97.Murray - Muiredach, a son of 96.Angus - Oengus the 5th Ui Cheinnselaig King, the son of 95.Felim - Feidlimid the direct ancestor of the Ui Felmeda Sept, who was one of the 2 sons of 94.Enna "Cennsalach" the 2nd King of Leinster and direct ancestor of the Ui Cheinnselaig Septs. Had their territory in south - central Mide in Northern Leinster below Uisnech and Loch Ennell, and above Durrow in Co. Offaly with the Cu Corb Crich na Cetach Sept to the east and Clonard to the north - east

Ui Thuirtri - A Heremonian Dal Cuinn 3 Colla Ui Mac Uais Sept who had their territory in upper and lower Toome north and north - east of Loch Neagh above Tulach Oc in Co Antrim in north - east Ulster to the west, and east of the Sperrin Mountains with the Ui Fiachrach Arda Stratha Sept further to the west in the Ui Macc Uais territory and to the south - west of the Eilne territory. Chiefs of - see O Flainn. 728 AD Rechtabra was their King, who was a grandson of Cathasach.  743 AD Murray - Muiredach was their King, who was a son of Fergus - Fearghus "Forcraidh." 776 AD Their territory had been absorbed into the Northern Ui Niall Cenel nEogain kingdom of Ailech and they moved east across the River Bann and remained allies in the territory of the Irian Dal nAraidi Sept. In the 9th Century AD their kingdom in the east of Co. Tyrone in Central Ulster was to be be further absorbed into that of the Cenel nEoghain Sept and their kingdom of Ailech. In the 10th Century AD the Irian Dal nAraidi Sept were to take over the Eilne territory.

Tradraige - were near Magh Adhair - Mag  nAdir in Co. Clare in north - west Munster.

Tribes of Galway - Termed as such by Oliver Cromwell’s forces against the 13 families of mainly Welsh origins who lived in the town of Galway. Athy, Blake, Bodkin, Browne, D’Arcy, Fant - De la Faunte - Le Enfaunt, French, Joyce, Kirwan, Lynch, Martin, Morris and Skerrett.

Had their territory in Central Ulster below the ever encroaching Cenel nEogain territory with the Cenel Conaill.

Ui Macc Uais Breg Sept - Territory below the Fir Chul Breg Sept on the junction of the Rivers Boyne & Blackwater in north - east Mide - Northern Leinster.

Ui Mac Uais Mide Sept, the Brecraige Sept and the Corco Roide Septs were along the River Inny surrounded by the Cenel Maine, Caille Follamain & Clann Cholmain Septs in Central Mide in north - west Leinster.

Uaithne Septs were in North Central Munster - Aurmuma adjacent to Killaloe near the River Shannon below the Arada Tire Sept.

Clann Uatach - Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Ai Sept descended from 94.Uata the 9th King of Connacht who had their territory in 1267 AD in parts of Camma and Dysart at Athlone in Co. Roscommon in Eastern Connacht - see Fallamain in 1225 AD.

Clann Uilliam -  Hibernicized - 1466 AD Burkes - de Burg - Burgo who were in the Baronies of Clanwilliam in Co. Tipperary & Co. Limerick in Northern Munster.

Clann Uilliam (de Burg - Burgo) - Hibernized - In 1342 AD Burkes of Co. Mayo and Co. Galway in south - west Connacht hence Williamaig, na hBurkes - 1368 AD of Clann William.

Uilliamaig - na h - see Clann William, (de Burgo - Burg - Burke).

Ulaid - Ulstermen, Ulidia - Dal nAraidi & Dal Fiatach Septs who had their territory in Co. Antrim & Co. Down - Ultach - Ultaig - Ulstermen 1315 AD - Coiced Ulaid and Coiced Conchobair 1230 Province of Ulster 1333 AD.

Umorians -

Usdiae - were in Leinster to the north - west of the Coriondi who may have been the early occupiers of the territory later to become the kingdom of Ossory in Co. Kilkenny in the south - west.

Uternii / Uterini / Iberni / Iberi / Juerni - Celts who had their territory in the south - west of Co. Cork in Southern Munster were it was the southern part of the region known as Desmond - Southern Munster - Des Mumu. They were of Spanish Iberian origins.

Velabri - Vellibori - Celts who had their territory in the south - west of Co. Kerry in the south - west of Munster descended from the Iberi in Spain.

Vennicnii - Celts who had their territory in Co. Donegal in north - west Ulster  along with the Rhobogdii, with their main fortress at Ram’s Head - Horn Head near Dunfanaghy - Dun Fionn Achaidh - The Fort of the White Field. 

Vinderii - Celts who had their territory in Co. Armagh in south - east Ulster along with the Voluntii.

Vodiae - Vodii - Celts who had their territory in the south of Co. Cork in Southern Munster along with the Uterni and the Coriondi, who had their territory in the eastern part of the region along the coast.

Voluntii - Uluntii - Celts who had their territory in Co. Armagh in south - east Ulster, with the Vinderii, and also were in Co. Down, and Co. Louth in north - east Leinster with the Eblani to the south of them.
