A Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Southern" Ui Niaill Sept / Family branch, who were directly descended from *88.Fiachu, one of the 8 sons of *87.Niall of the Nine Hostages the 126th King of Tara / Ireland in the late 4th Century AD who is the direct ancestor of all of the Ui Niaill Septs in Ulster Province and the Midlands / Mide / Meath. They had their territory at Kinaleagh Moy Cashel in Co Westmeath in the south - west of Northern Leinster on the River Brosna and nearby at Durrow in Co. Their territory was in Tirlragh and further to the east and below them was the Cianachta Gailenga Sept, but their territory there originally included parts of north and east Co. Mayo and the west of Co. Sligo in the Connacht Province to the north of Loch Conn. (In 1301AD O Muldoon / Mael "Duin" was the King of Tir Fiachrach Muaide). A Sept / Family branch, descended directly from 90.Forgg mac Dallain and one of the 2 main Septs of the Ulaid in the east of the Ulster Province who were in constant conflict with the other Irian Dal nAraide Ulaid Sept there over the Kingship of Ulaid / Ulidia, which was ruled alternately by whoever gained the upper hand. Their territory was in Co. Down in the mid - east of Ulster below the Dal nAraidi Sept and it ranged from Bangor down to just above the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn 3 Colla Conaille Muirthemne Sept, and included their own Sept the Leth Cathail in the south - east. To the north - west was Craeb Tulcha and to the west the territory of the Irian Dal nAraidi Ui Echach Cobo Sept and below in the south - west the Monaig Sept. (They were to produce 57 Kings of Ulaid).

Ui Fidgeinti. A Heberian Eoghanacht Sept / Family branch, descended directly from *90.Brion, the son of *89.Fiachu "Fidgennid" (Ui Fidgeinti) the son of *88.Maine "Munchain" one of the 3 sons of *87.Ailill "Fland Bec," the son of *86.Fiachu "Mullethan" the 1st King of Southern Munster, the son of *85.Eoghan "Mor" (Eoghanachta). Based originally on the Ciarraige Luachra Sept, who had their territory in Mulloe in the west of Co. Limerick in the mid - north - west of the Munster Province, who were later to come under the over lordship of the Ui Fidgeinti Corco Ochae. The Ui Fidgeinti Sept who had their territory in the far - north - west near Adare west of Co. Limerick, and their kinsmen the Ui Liathain Sept were cut off from one another by the Fir Maige Fene Sept at Fermoy in Co. Cork in Southern Munster who were a hostile non - Eoghanacht Sept. The Ui Liathain Sept was given precedence as the territory at Cashel was given to them by the Eoghanacht King of Cashel. They were therefore the most important Sept as 91.Bressal mac Ailello "Thassaig," who was a grandson of  89.Eochy / Echu "Liathain"(Ui Liathain) a son of 88.Daire "Cerbba" / 88.Maine "Munchain," had been a King of Munster and he had decreed the Kingship of Cashel with Desmond / Des Mhumhain / Southern Munster under the Eoghanacht Raithlind King. Despite this the Ui Fidgeinti Sept may have only produced the one claimant to the Kingship of Cashel / Munster in 101.Olchobur mac Flainn an Abbot of Inis Cathaig / Scattery Island. The Ui Fidgeinti Sept and the Ui Liathain Sept were also based on the Ithian Dairine Sept just like the Corco Loigde Sept in Southern Munster and were seemingly only attached to the Eoghanachta. Ancestors: *85.Eoghan "Mor" (Eoghanachta),*84.Ailill "Oluimm" the 1st King of Munster, 37.Heber "Fionn" (Heberians).

Fine Gall (Fair Foreigners) Vikings. They were around Dublin in Co. Dublin in the north - east of Southern Leinster.

Fir Bolg / Erainn / Fir Domnaan / Domnanians / Erris who were known also as the Euerni / Erainn they were a Scythian Nemedhian Teutonic Sept / Family branch, who evolved through his grandson, and they arrived into Ireland from the BC on as 3 distinct tribes, 1.Fir Domnu - of Domnu. , 2.Fir Gaillion and 3.Fir Bolg (The Men of the Bags). The individual names of their tribes were the Menapi, Bolgi, Belgae and the Fir Bolg who intermarried with the Fomorians / Fomorii. The initial Fir Bolg who were of Scythian Nemedian Teutonic blood were to rule Ireland until the coming of their Scythian Nemedian kinsmen, the Tuatha De Danann. Fomorians / Fomhoire - from the Sea. A Sept / Family branch, who were in Ireland long before the Celts, but stayed mostly on Tory Island as they were Sea Pirates and were originally descended from 11.Ham, a brother to 11.Japheth, who was another one of the sons of 10.Noah.

Ui Forga. A Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Ui Conaire Muscraige Tire Sept / Family branch, who had their territory around Nenagh in the north - west of Co. Tipperary just to the south of the Northern Munster border, and adjacent to Loch Derg. In 823 AD Flann, the son of Flaherty / Flaithbertach arranged for 7 churches to be constructed at Clonmacnoise in Co. Offaly in the mid - west of Southern Leinster. Ui Fothaid Aiched. A Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Co. Tipperary in the Baronies of Iffa and Offa in the north - east of the Munster Province.

Fothairt. A Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh aristocratic warrior Sept / Family branch, who had their territory in Southern Leinster who were based on pre - Celtic or pre - Goedelic Septs there.

Fotharta / Foherta. The O Nolan / O Nowlan / Ui Nuallain. A Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Ui Felim Sept / Family branch directly descended from *Nuallan / to shout / to cry - and they were the Princes of the Fotharta whose territory was in the Barony of Forth in Co. A Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Sept / Family branch, who had their territory below Wexford on the south - east coast of Southern Leinster and to the east of the Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Lughaidh Cu Corb Ui Bairrche Sept. Ancestors: *79.Felim / Feidlimid "Reachtmhar" the 108th King of Tara / Ireland, *78.Toole / Tuathal "Teachtmhar" the 106th King of Tara / Ireland.
