Eat Sunflower Seeds and other Nuts as they contain Vitamin E.  Eat Broccoli, Carrot & Celery Stalks as they are high in Fibre and Carrot & Celery high in Beta - Carotene a powerful anti - Oxidant that the Body changes to Vitamin A. Celery is high in Apigenin a chemical compound that dilates the Blood Vessels and may assist to prevent High Blood Pressure. Take any Fruits that appeal such as Apples, Bananas, Berries, Grapefruit, Melons & Oranges and blend together but don't Juice as this separates the Fibre, which is good for the Digestive Tract. Exercise every day for at least 30 minutes and protect yourself from the Sun - Ultraviolet Radiation as normally you would receive adequate Vitamin D during normal activities if outdoors. N.B: Do not consume Alcohol and Medications that are not actually necessary & Tobacco as these make your Liver work harder then it has to and vary your diet.

AGEING SPOTS - Amyloidosis. Symptoms: Little brown Spots that often first appear on the back of the Hands but they do not indicate Disease.
