                                                                 *85.Eoghan "Mor" - *122.Donnell Mac Carthy - 1

*85.Eoghan "Mor" / the Greater was the eldest son of *84.Ailill "Oluimm" the Scythian Celtic Gaelic Milesian Heberian 1st King of Munster in the 2nd Century AD who was descended initially in Ireland from *37.Heber "Fionn" / of Fair Complexion who had arrived into Ireland in 1699 BC and died in 1698 BC. His mother was 81.Sadb / Sive / sweet - the daughter of 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh 110th King of Tara / Ireland who is the direct ancestor of all of the Dal Cuinn Septs who was descended from *37.Heber "Fionn's" brother, 37.Heremon.

248 AD *85.Eoghan "Mor" was to be fatally wounded in the Battle of Magh Mucromhra in Co. Galway in Southern Connacht in the west of Ireland along with 6 of his brothers and his uncle, 81.Art "Aonfhir" / the Lonely the Dal Cuinn 112th King of Tara / Ireland, a son of 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles and a brother to 81.Sadb. *85.Eoghan "Mor's" surviving brother, 85.Cormac "Cass" / of the Curtly Hair - would become the Gaelic Heberian 2nd King of Munster and 1st King of Northern Munster and the direct ancestor of the In Deis Tuaiscirt Sept who would later evolve into the Dal gCais / Dalcassians (People of  91.Cas) in Northern Munster / Tuath Mhumhain / Thomond.

*85.Eoghan "Mor's" demise was due to the Heberians in  the territory of what became the Munster Province being in dispute with 58.Lewy / Lughaidh mac Con their older half - brother a Gaelic Ithian Prince from Co. Cork, who was the son of the previous deceased Ithian Darinian Chieftain, 57.mac Niadh, descended from 35.Ithe the uncle of *36.Mil the father of 37.Heremon, *37.Heber "Fionn" and 37.Ir.  58.Lewy's mother was also 81.Sadb, the daughter of 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles the previous Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh 110th King of Ireland and he had been fostered by *84.Ailill "Oluimm," the father of *85.Eoghan "Mor" and 85.Cormac "Cass" his half - brothers, but was constantly in dispute over having a turn at the newly created Munster Kingship. *84.Ailill "Oluimm" was to finally banish him to Alba / Scottish Highlands from where he had returned with his allies from Albion / Briton and was also supported by Fir Bolg forces in Ireland who were always seeking an opportunity to rally against their Gaelic aristocratic warrior overlords.

Prior to this all occurring *84.Ailill "Oluimm's" father, *83.Mogha "Nuadhat" after defeating 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles in battle had become the undisputed outright Heberian King of Mogha's Half / Leith Mogha / Southern Ireland that then not only took in the territory in the Munster Province but also the territory in Southern Leinster. Three generations before this event occurred also, the Heberian Septs were led by their ancestor, *80.Dearg “Thiene who had at that time decided to share the Gaelic Kingship in Southern Ireland with Darin who was then also descended from 35.Ithe and his son 36.Lewy / Lughaidh who are the main direct ancestors of the Gaelic Ithian Families there in Co. Cork and set a precedent. 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles eventually was to slay *83.Mogha in battle and had then gained overall control in Ireland and had made *84.Ailill the Heberian 1st King of Munster after marrying him to his daughter, 81.Sadb. (She was at that time the widowed mother of the young 58.Lewy mac Con.) 80.Conn then removed the territory that is now Southern Leinster from Mogha's Half for his own Heremonian purposes, especially the port area now known as Dublin in the north - east of Southern Leinster and joined it to the territory in the Midlands / Mide / Northern Leinster creating Leinster Province as a whole. (N.B: Munster Province at this time did not include the territory in Co. Clare, which was then still a southern part of the Connacht Province situated on the western side of the River Shannon.)

248 AD with 58.Lewy mac Con's complete success also over his deceased uncle also, 81.Art the Lonely the Dal Cuinn 112th King of Tara / Ireland, (whose father was 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles also 58.Lewy's maternal grandfather,) 58.Lewy decided to bypass the Munster Kingship and instead aim for the top and became the Ithian 113th King of Tara / Erinn leaving his step - father, *84.Ailill "Oluimm" in as the Heberian 1st King of Munster ensuring the survival of the Heberian male line as the future Kings of Munster. 58.Lewy was to rule Ireland for 27 years until 275 AD when he was to be removed from that position by pressure brought on by the young 82.Cormac mac Airt the son of 81.Art the Lonely the previous deceased 112th King of Tara / Ireland. A descendant of 37.Ir became the next Irian King of Ireland but within a year of 58.Lewy mac Con's removal from the position 82.Cormac mac Airt became the 115th King of Tara / Ireland in his own right who also later became the 1st Christian King of Ireland.

In ancient times Ireland had previously been divided into 5  Provinces / Cuigi by the Scythian Celtic - Teutonic Fir Bolg Septs when they were in control and similarly maintained as such under the Scythian Celtic Tuatha De Danann Septs when they later gained control of Ireland but now under the growing importance of the Scythian Gaelic Milesian Heremonians the 5 Provinces were to be reduced to 4 with Sreng's Fifth to the far - west of the River Shannon to become known as the (1) Connacht Province (The People of 80.Conn,) (2) Leinster Province ( Land of the Laigin / Lin) or Spear People made up of their territory in Southern Leinster situated in the south - east of Ireland and to the east of the River Shannon down to the Munster Province and up to Co. Dublin. To be combined with the Midland Province / Mide / Meath above Co. Dublin up to Co. Louth and across to Co. Longford below the Ulster Province to be known as Northern Leinster, (3) Munster Province ( Land of the People of Mumu / Mhumhain) situated in the south of Ireland below Southern Leinster and (4) Ulster Province (Land of the Ulaid) originally based in the north - east of Ireland but now taking in the region in the west from Co. Donegal to Co. Antrim in the east down to Co. Longford in the west and Co. Louth in the east.

The new territory of the Mhumhain Septs, the Gaelic Milesian Heberian descendents, of the 2 oldest sons of 84.Ailill "Oluimm" the 1st King of Munster, *85.Eoghan "Mor" and 85.Cormac "Cass" in the south of Ireland, now known as the Munster Province was also later to be divided into 4 regions, Northern Munster, Southern Munster, Eastern Munster and Western Munster. These 4 distinct Heberian territories were to then contain the 2 main Heberian Clanns descended from *84.Ailill "Oluimm" and *37.Heber "Fionn - of the Fair Hair." The most predominant of these was to eventually be the Eoghanachta Septs of Des Mhumhain / Desmuma / Desmond / Southern Munster who were descended from *85.Eoghan "Mor," and the Mac Carthys were to become the most predominant Family in this region in more modern times. The other main Clann was of the Thuadh Muma / Thomond / North Munster the territory of the Dal gCais / Dalcassians who were descended from his younger brother, *85.Cormac "Cass" / of the Curley Hair and the O Brians / O Briens / Ui mBriain were to become the most predominant Family in more modern times.
