1317 BC. *44.Eochy - Eochaidh aka *44.Ollamh Fodhla - Doctor of Wisdom - who ruled as the Irian King of Tara - Erinn for 40 years and instituted the Feis Teamhrach - Assembly of Tara - every 3 years to make laws, reform abuses and revise any previous decisions. To also keep genealogies and chronicles and to purge any corruption and falsehood since they were last recorded. This Assembly continued to meet up until 1172 AD after the Anglo - Norman Invasion and another was even held near Newry in 1258 AD.
