1896 BC - 1699 BC The Scythian Nemedian Tuatha De Danann people brought with them the Lia Fail Stone, which was believed to be the rock mentioned in the Old Testament on which Jacob / Israel had rested. It was to be used at the Inaugurations of the Kings on the Hill of Tara in Mide / Meath in the south - east of Northern Leinster where it was always theoretically to make the correct sounds when the rightful King stood upon it. After initially proceeding inland to Co. Leitrim in Northern Connacht the Tuatha De Danann were to immediately set about building temporary forts / duns before they made their initial approach to the Fir Bolg who were now in control in Ireland. On their initial contact the Fir Bolg could not understand how the people from the Tuatha de Danann had been able to arrive so far inland without them knowing, and to add to their dilemma the Tuatha De Danann then informed them that they "had flown in on the wind." Eochy / Eochaidh the Fir Bolg King had sent an army under his Chief Sreng to make contact with them and the Tuatha de Danann also sent one of their leaders, Breas, to meet with him and they soon found that they could all converse in the same language and that they were actually related through Nemedh. Although the Tuatha de Danann had the superior weapons they came to an agreement with Sreng, as they considered that they certainly had to be kinsmen and Breas put forward the proposition that they should split Ireland up between them and then work together to keep out any further invaders. Sreng reported these terms back to Eochy who was wary of the proposition and refused to consider it and instead began preparing his Fir Bolg forces to engage in conflict with the Tuatha de Danann.Seeing the Fir Bolg forces carrying out their battle preparations the people from the Tuatha de Danann decided to withdraw and pulled back to Co. Galway in the south - west of the Connacht Province, with the Fir Bolg forces following after them, setting up their camp at the east - end of South Moytura / Magh Tuireadh, which is 6 miles square situated in the north - east from what is now the village of Cong. Nuada the Tuatha De Danann King tried once again to negotiate with Eochy through their Druids but he still replied in the negative and eventually a terrible battle between them was to occur, with great slaughter, near Mt. Belgadan. The initial conflict transpired at the west - end of Moytura / Magh Nia (The Plain of Nia) - in the south of Co. Mayo north of Cong in Connacht where the battle raged over the whole area. The Tuatha de Danann with their advanced weapons were to be far superior while the conflict, conducted under Celtic Culture conditions, of one on one was to last for 4 days, and much blood was shed, especially that of the Fir Bolg. After the conflict had gone on for 4 days, Eochy was feeling thirsty and seeing which way the wind was blowing departed the scene with 100 of his men, with 3 of the sons of Nemedh, one of the Tuatha De Danann Chiefs, in pursuit with 150 of their men who followed him to Traigh Eothile near Ballysadare in Co. Sligo in the north - west of the Connacht Province where Eochy was to meet his end. Despite this the 3 sons of Nemedh from the Tuatha de Danann were also slain and they were buried at the west - end of the strand at the place, which is now known now as Leica mheic Nemedh (The Grave - Stones of the Sons of Nemedh.) Eochy too was also buried there, where he fell, by the Tuatha de Danann, on the strand where they placed a great heap of stones over his body and it is now also known there as the Carn of Traigh. Meanwhile Sreng the Fir Bolg Chief, during the battle had cut off the arm of Nuada the Tuatha De Danann King who was later to have a silver arm made and become known as Nuada "Airgead - Lamh" / of the Silver Hand. As the battle had gone on for 4 days the Fir Bolg were down to only 300 warriors, still under the command of Sreng, and due to the inequality of his numbers he demanded that any further single combat should also be carried out under the Celtic Practise of one on one. Instead, Nuada offered him peace and 1 / 5th or a Coiced of the Divisions / Province and he agreed and the remaining Fir Bolg warriors took the western territory that became known then as Sreng's Fifth that is now known as the Connacht Province, in which their battle had taken place. (Down to the time of 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles the Gaelic Milesian Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh 110th King of Tara / Ireland in the 2nd Century AD, after who it is now named, it was still to be known as Sreng’s Province / Cuigead Sreing. (The descendants of these original remaining Fir Bolg Families were to still exist there right up until 1650 AD as the final phases of the destruction by the English of "All things Celtic and Irish" was reaching its climax.) Also still to be seen there on the Plain of Moytura are the many pillar stones and the huge graves / cromlechs - enclosing the remains of all those who were killed during this great battle in 1896 BC. 1699 BC The Scythian Nemedian Tuatha da Danann were to then to be in control in Ireland for 197 years until the arrival of the Scythian Celtic Gaels this year under the command of *36.Mil's 8 sons and his wife, Scota, who were from Castile in Spain, then part of Gaul, who at this time were seeking vengeance for the previous death of their uncle, *35.Ithe at the hands of the 3 Tuatha De Danann Kings, and to eventually gain their promised "Western Isle of Destiny were no serpents existed." The Scythian Celtic Gaels were to succeed in defeating the Tuatha De Danann, and so began their long continual overall rule in Eire / Erinn / Ireland until the beginning of the 1st Century AD, when the Fir Bolg Septs and other assorted subservient members of the various disaffected Celtic Septs in Ireland, known generically as the Aitheach Tuaith / Daorchanna, were to revolt and remove the Gaels from their aristocratic warrior positions in Ireland. Once the Daorchanna were then in control and due to the uncompromising personality of their eventual leader Cairbre "Cinn Cait," Ireland was to be thrown into appalling turmoil for many years ahead. During the latter half of the 1st Century AD, 78.Toole / Tuathal "Teachtmhar," who was the son of 77.Fiacha "Fionn Ola" the previously deceased Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh 104th King of Tara / Erinn, who had been among those Gaelic aristocrats killed in the uprising at that time, was by then beseeched to return from exile in Alba (Scottish Highlands). He was to be completely successful in battle and reinstalled all of the Gaelic Kings and Chiefs back into their respective Gaelic kingdoms, and was later to become the grandfather of the previously mentioned, *80.Conn of the Hundred Battles the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh 110th King of Tara / Ireland in the 2nd Century AD. (Dal Cuinn). Both were to be descended initially in Ireland from *59.Ugaine the Great the 66th King of Tara / Erinn and his son, *60.Coffey / Cobthach (Ui Cobhthaigh) and therefore also from *37. Heremon, who had been the 7th son of *36. Mil / Gaelic - Gallamh (warrior) the Celtic Hero of Spain and the Gaelic 3rd King of Castile & Portugal, whose male line descendants are now all known as the Heremonians. In time the Heremonian male line was to evolve into related Septs in the Munster Province who were by then also descended from 59.Ugaine the Great the 66th King of Tara / Erinn, his son 60.Coffey / Cobthach the 69th King of Tara / Erinn through *Conaire 11 the 111th King of Tara / Ireland producing the Heremonian Septs from the Muscraige, the Earna, the Corco Duibne, and the Dal Riada in the north - east of the Ulster Province and the Scottish Highlands. Other Heremonian Septs were to evolve through his other son, 60.Leary / Laoghaire "Lorc" the 68th King of Tara / Erinn (Ui Laoghaire) then to be known as the Cu Corb and Ui Connla Septs mainly to be found in Southern Leinster. The most important Heremonian Sept would descend also from his brother, 60.Coffey / Cobhthach through 80.Conn of the Hundred Battles (Dal Cuinn - People of 80.Conn) who were to then also evolve further into new variable Septs / Family branches who were later known as the Ui Maine, the 3 Collas, the 3 Connachta, and especially the "Southern" and "Northern" Ui Niaill whose Septs where then to continue to rule over Ireland for the Centuries ahead from the later part of the 1st Century AD up until 1004 AD. In 1004 AD, *105.Brian "Boru" / Boroimhe - of the Tributes who was then to be the Gaelic Milesian Heberian Dal gCais Ui Turlough 41st King of Munster was to become the 170th High King of Ireland who was descended from *37.Heber "Fionn," the older brother of *37.Heremon and also a brother to 37.Ir, who were the 3 sons of 36.Mil who became the main male line ancestors of the Gaelic Milesians in Ireland. 37.Heber "Fionn" had by then become the direct ancestor of all the Gaelic Milesian Heberians in the south of Ireland who by that time would evolve into two main Gaelic aristocratic warrior Family Septs known now as the Eoghanachta in Southern Munster and the Dal gCais / Dalcassians in Thomond / Tuaisceart Mhumhain / Northern Munster. *105.Brian "Boru" during this period in time was to gain the upper hand in Ireland in opposition to the long ruling Heremonian Ui Niaill Septs, descended from 37.Heremon, due to the wide disruption to the Irish Brehon Law that was to be by then under the constant pressure of the ongoing Viking incursions. Ten years later in 1014 AD 105.Brian "Boru" was to lead his combined Irish forces against the invading Vikings and their inter - married Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Lughaidh Cu Corb Ui Dunlainge Southern Leinster allies in the Battle of Clontarf that occurred within the vicinity of the Liffey River near Dublin in Co. Dublin in the north - east of Southern Leinster. These were massive Viking forces who had landed to try and finally take over Ireland and 7,000 Vikings and their Irish Southern Leinster allies were to be slain during the bloody conflict, which was to last the whole day from Sun - up to Sun - down. +On to Heberians, Heremonians, Irians, Ithians. +On to 1699 BC - 1400 BC
