                                                                                     1521 AD - 1530 AD

1521 AD The harp of 105.Brian "Boru'" the Heberian Dal gCais 170th King of Ireland, which had been held in the Vatican in Rome for 500 years after being given as a gift to Pope Alexander 11 was now given by Pope Leo X to the Welsh Tudor English King, Henry VIII who also named him the "The Defender of the Faith" for his defence of the 7 Sacraments against the protestations of Martin Luther the previous German Catholic monk who was now seriously questioning the Doctrine of the Pope especially as regards to Indulgences being given for money to rebuild St. Peters Church in Rome.

Garrett "Oge" Fitz Gerald the 9th Anglo - Irish Earl of Kildare and the English appointed Lord Deputy of Ireland founded the Maynooth Catholic College in Co. Kildare in Central Leinster and he was replaced as the English Lord Deputy in Ireland by Henry VIII as he was too close to the Irish people. Eventually Henry V111 was to find that to replace him with an English Lord Deputy and use an English Military force was to be too expensive so he decided to encourage his protégé Piers Butler the English 8th Earl of Ormonde to try and reduce the overall influence that the 9th Earl of Kildare had in Ireland.

1522 AD St. Patrick’s Purgatory on Station Island in Co. Donegal in the west of the Ulster Province was now included in the Roman Catholic Missal.

1523 AD The Heberian Dalcassian Sept in Co. Clare in the north - west of the Munster Province were taken by the Ui Caisin Mac Namaras, the Lord Marshalls for the Ui mBriain in Northern Munster, up to the Ulster Province to assist the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niaill Cenel n Eogain O Nialls in Co. Tyrone against their own kinsmen the O Donnells of Tyrconnell / Co. Donegal and during this particular battle the O Nialls were to lose nearly 900 men, which was another great loss to the Irish Septs. At this time Strabane in Co Tyrone in Central Ulster was the border between these two "Northern" Ui Niaill Septs.

1524 AD Cormac became the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn King of Tir nAililla in their territory in Co. Sligo in north - west Connacht and was to be followed later on by Rory / Ruaidri.

Piers Butler the 8th English Earl of Ormonde attacked Co. Clare in the north - west of the Munster Province where he was taken on by the Dalcassians under the command of Teague O Brian, a son of Turlough O Brian, near Cashel in Co. Tipperary in north - east Munster and Teague became one of the first victims to be killed by a gunshot now also in use by the English against the Irish Septs.

1525 AD Henry VIII the English Welsh King, had gone through his father's vast accumulated monetary legacy and was once again broke for a third time over his Wars with France while trying to retrieve territory there that in reality had always belonged to the French Kings anyway, which had been pushed along by his own personal desire to gain Imperial power. He was to begin to make outward moves, as opposed to his previous secret agendas, towards his schemes to boost his coffers substantially in one foul swoop and was to now attack everyone, and kill whoever stood in his way. He was to confiscate the Catholic Church Institutions and their lands to obtain their revenues and place himself at its Head by forcibly introducing his own Catholic Church of England in England, Ireland & Wales in his lust for money and to gain their land and buildings to bring it in and this was to also have repercussions for the Catholic religion in Scotland especially in the Lowlands. This was not a Revolution of Protest as such, as had been carried out by Calvin and Luther who were ordinary Catholic monks against the hierarchy of the Catholic Church, to try and bring about reform. This was a monetary opportunistic plan to massively increase his own personal wealth once again, to continue on with his Imperial ambitions, which he was able to pull off due to his special dictatorial position using his absolute total power and ruthlessness to impose his own individual will on the general populations under his control.

1526 AD Rory O Tunney carried out the work on the Butler’s Tomb at Kilcooly Abbey in Co. Tipperary in north - east Munster while at one of their other fortresses, Carrick Castle at Carrick on the River Suir were Anne Boleyn had been born who would grow up to become the instigator and cause of great turmoil in England and Ireland and the mother of Elizabeth 1st of England who would herself create 6 Rebellions in Ireland, while carrying out her ongoing Irish ethnic and religious persecution also along with further Irish land confiscations.

Another great change now occurred in the scheme of things as the Kings of Europe at this time also agreed to a Concordat that gave them the mutual power of appointing the monks to particular monasteries in their own countries, which was to bring in political appointments instead of those dedicated to religion and this bought about a great decay of religious service and responsibility to the common man.

1527 AD Milo Barron - Milon Baron a kinsman to the Fitz Geralds became the Bishop of Ossory in Co. Kilkenny in south - west Leinster until 1551 AD.

1528 AD Cormac Mac Dermot was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Mag Luirc who had their territory at Moylurg in Co. Roscommon in Eastern Connacht.

Turlough "Don" O Brian, the son of Teague O Brian of Chromadh, died, and was buried in Ennis Abbey in Co. Clare with his son, the unfortunate Teague O Brian who had been previously shot by the English, and his eldest son Conor O Brian who was to be married twice during his lifetime became the Heberian Dal gCais King of Thomond / Northern Munster until 1539 AD and he was to be the last supreme ruler of the Dalcassians. Turlough "Don" O Brian and his wife Reignault had many other sons beside Conor and Teague including Murrough / Murchad O Brian who later on was to become the English appointed 1st Earl of Thomond and English appointed 1st Baron of Inchiquin.

1530 AD Henry VIII the Welsh English King introduced his "Give no Quarter" policy into Ireland, and all Catholic priests were to be suppressed and this terrible edict created further pressure to bring on a Geraldine Rebellion as Irish life became of little account to Henry V111 and this was to force James Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Irish Earl of Desmond to form an alliance with Charles V the King of Spain. Among the terrible things that Henry VIII's men were to do in Ireland was to scatter the relics of St. Patrick, 91.St. Columbcille / Columba and St. Brigid whose remains had been interred there together in the 12th Century AD by John de Courcy the Anglo - Norman Knight, at Downpatrick in Co. Down in the south - east of the Ulster Province, while his self - appointed Church of England Archbishop Brown in Dublin had created further disgust there by burning the Baculine Jesus / Staff of Christ and St. Patrick's Crozier in public.
