                                                                                   1471 AD - 1480 AD 

1471 AD Henry V1 a Lancaster who was mentally unstable was back in as the English King and the new Lancaster English Government confirmed Thomas Fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald the 7th Earl of Kildare to be their English Deputy in Ireland. By April: Edward IV was back in as the Yorkist King of England as the Lancaster supporters were defeated and there was great trouble in Ireland and Thomas Fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald the 7th Earl of Kildare the English appointed Deputy in Ireland had the Anglo - Irish Parliament there give him 80 permanent archers to protect him.    

1473 AD Fire destroyed part of Galway City in Co. Galway in Southern Connacht and it was then to be rebuilt with a Spanish influence.

1474 AD Hugh "Roe" - of Red Complexion O Donnell - The O Donnell and his wife, Finnguala - Fionnuala, the daughter of Conor O Brian the Heberian Dal gCais King of Thomond - Southern Munster, founded a monastery - friary at Donegal in Co. Donegal in the west of the Ulster Province where they were both to be later buried with their son, Hugh "Oge" - the Younger O Donnell who would then be a Franciscan monk. 

      The Anglo - Irish Parliament at this time was known as the Fraternity of St. George and were led by 12 of the most important men in The English Pale with Thomas Fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald the 7th Earl of Kildare in control who now had 40 cavalry and 120 permanent archers and Sir Gilbert Dagenham was to also return from England with 400 more English archers acting as the Chancellor in Ireland appointed by Edward 1V the previously reinstated Yorkist English King. Henry O Niall - The O Niall at this time who was the Northern Ui Niall Cenel nEogain King in the Ulster Province was dubbed officially as The King’s Friend.”

1475 AD Hugh - Aed O Niall was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Northern Ui Niall Cenel nEogain King of Ulaid who had their territory in Co. Antrim & Co. Down in the north - east of the Ulster Province and Redmond - Remann Mac Mahon was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn 3 Colla King of Orghialla - Airghialla - Oriel who had their territory in Co. Monaghan & Co. Armagh in Southern Ulster.

     "The O Malley" from the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Sept built the Augustine Friary of Murrisk Abbey at Murrisk in Co. Mayo in mid - western Connacht and it is now in ruins on the shore of Clew Bay where there is some restoration and where there is a tomb of the O Malleys.

April: Edward 1V the English Yorkist King sent over another 220 more English archers to Ireland and once again removed the Fitz Gerald influence in Ireland by replacing Thomas Fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald the 7th Earl of Kildare as his English Deputy in Ireland and appointed the Fitz Gerald's sworn enemy Sherwood the English Bishop of Meath to stand in for his actual appointment the English Lieutenant of Ireland, the Duke of Clarence who would be also executed later on.

1476 AD Teague - Tadhg was now the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Breifne in Northern Connacht and Donnell - Domnall "Riabach" - of Grey or Speckled Complexion was the Heremonian Cu Corb Ui Cheinnselaig King of Leinster.

     The Anglo - Irish Barons in Ireland, the Barry "Oges" aka de Barri constructed Dunaneir Castle at Innis Shannon in Co. Cork in Southern Munster against the Irish Septs and the ruins are still there and Thomas Fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald the 7th Earl of Kildare enlarged the Maynooth Castle in Co. Kildare in Central Leinster, which may have been originally constructed there by Maurice Fitz Gerald their initial ancestor in Ireland who had originally arrived with Strongbow during the Anglo - Norman Invasion.

1477 - 1513 AD Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald who was now the Anglo - Irish 8th Earl of Kildare and a Yorkist supporter was to become the English Lord Deputy of Ireland replacing his father and was to eventually be married to the future Henry VII's cousin when he came to power and would really require his alliance and he was also was allied with every Irish Chieftain and had great authority in Ireland. His capacity to control Ireland for the English Kings for the least amount of monetary outlay was always beyond question. His son Garrett Fitz Gerald was to enlarge his territory at Maynooth in Co. Kildare in Central Leinster and had 400 Irish spearmen in his entourage and even made his English wife learn to speak Irish and was to resolve his battles by discussion and would refuse Cardinal Wolsey's authority over Ireland. 

     Thomas Butler became the 7th English Earl of Ormonde who had his territory in Co. Tipperary & Co, Kilkenny - Ossory in south - west Leinster until 1515 AD, who was the third son of James the previous 4th English Earl of Ormonde.

1478 AD March 25th: Thomas Fitz Maurice Fitz Gerald the 7th Earl of Kildare had died, and the English Duke of Clarence who had been the appointed English Lieutenant Governor in Ireland was executed for treason and the English Bishop Sherwood was also out of favour and the Anglo - Irish Council immediately elected a new Chief Governor, his son, Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald the 8th Earl of Kildare as the English Justiciar in Ireland. May: Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald the 8th English Earl of Kildare summoned an Anglo - Irish Parliament, which met at Naas. July: The Anglo - Irish Parliament was then continued on in Dublin. July 6th: Once again Edward 1V removed the Fitz Geralds and appointed Lord Grey as the new English Deputy in Ireland to replace Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald the 8th Earl of Kildare.  August: Lord Grey arrived into Ireland with 300 English archers and met resistance from Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald's supporters and even the Dublin Castle Constable refused him entry and the Chancellor, Roland Fitz Eustace who was the 8th Earl of Kildare’s father - in - law kept the Seal from Lord Grey and the Treasurer assigned all revenues so that nothing was left for Lord Grey. September: The Anglo - Irish Parliament was continued in Connell. November: Lord Grey then convened another English controlled Parliament at Trim in Co. Meath, which was adjourned to Drogheda and then Dublin, calling Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald the Earl of Kildare’s Anglo - Irish Parliament a “Pretend  Parliament” and annulled all it’s legislation. 2 English Parliaments were now fighting for control in Ireland. 

     Rory - Ruaidri was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Mag Luirc who had their territory at Moylurg in Co. Roscommon in Eastern Connacht.  - Richard Butler, the son of Edmund mac Richard Butler was killed by  ?      

1479 AD Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald the 8th Earl of Kildare had gone earlier to England to see Edward 1V the Yorkist King, and won him over and was then re - appointed his English Deputy in Ireland to replace Lord Grey, and Edward 1V had both legislations of the 2 English Parliaments in Ireland annulled giving the 8th Earl of Kildare instructions as to what Statutes were to be passed to suite him. Gerald "Mor" Fitz Gerald the 8th Earl of Kildare called another Anglo - Irish Parliament and ignored whatever Statutes the English King had wanted passed to bolster his authority in Ireland. Bishop Sherwood was appointed the Chancellor in Ireland by Edward 1V and Roland Fitz Eustace was retained as the Treasurer.

     Breasal O Madden the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Ui Maine King founded a Franciscan Friary at Meelick - Mileac on the River Shannon in Co. Galway in Southern Connacht.

1480 AD O Niall the Northern Ui Niall Cenel nEogain King in the Ulster Province was formerly thanked by the Anglo - Irish Parliament in Dublin for faithful service to the English King, Edward 1V and during this period Co. Down in south - east Ulster was to be part Anglo - Irish who were to retain their strong English character there until the end of the Middle Ages. - Eogan O Donnell was the Heremonian Dal Cuinn Northern Ui Niall Cenel Conaill King of Tir Conaill - Tyrconnell who had their territory in Co. Donegal in the west of the Ulster Province.

    The Heberian Dal gCais O Brians - Ui Briain were to construct Leamaneh Castle this year in Co. Clare in north - west Munster situated between Corofin and Kilfenora and it would suffer much later on under the English Lord Protector, Oliver Cromwell's forces and Diarmait O Dea the Heberian Dal gCais King of the Cineal Fearmaic Sept built the Dysert O Dea Castle 3 miles from Corofin and 7 miles from Ennis near the Dysert O Dea Church in Co. Clare in the north - west of the Munster Province.
