1401 AD The Heberian Cianachta O Connors of Co. Offaly in the north - west of Southern Leinster and the Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Lughaidh Cu Corb Ui Dunlainge O Byrnes of Co. Wicklow in the south - east of Southern Leinster, along with the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Colla da Crioch Mac Mahons of Orghialla / Oriel who was given the Barony of Farney in Co. Monaghan in Southern Ulster to settle in to guard "The English Pale," were all forced to make treaties with the English Dublin government. (The Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin O Reillys from their kingdom in East Breifne in Co. Cavan in Southern Ulster were also forced to make a treaty the next Spring.) Robert Talbot who was now the English appointed Governor in Ireland, made the Mac Mahons in Southern Ulster, the O Byrnes in the south - east of Southern Leinster, and the O Reillys in Co. Cavan in Southern Ulster submit again, assisted by the O Mores of Co. Laois / Leix in the mid - north - west of Southern Leinster who had been forced to supply 450 men to join the English Governor on the campaign. Further north the O Hanlons from the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Colla da Crioch Airthir Sept who had their territory on the Ulster Province border were besieged and had their territory devastated while the O Nialls of Clannaboy / Clan na Buidhe from the  Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niaill Cenel nEogain Sept, the Mac Guinness from the Irian Dal nAraidi Sept in the north - east of Ulster, the O Donnells from the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill Sept in the north - west of Ulster and the Maguires from the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Colla da Crioch Sept were all also forced to make peace.  

     At this time Donnell O Malley / Domhnall Ua Maille was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Umall King ( The Owles) who had their territory in Co. Mayo in the mid - north west of Connacht. - Brian 11 O Niall was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niall Cenel nEogain King of Tir nEogain / Tyrone who had their territory in Central Ulster.  - Conor / Conchobar was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Southern" Ui Niaill Clann Cholmain King of Mide / Meath who had their territory in the north - east of Northern Leinster.

1402 AD Fergal was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Breifne who had their territory in Co. Leitrim in Northern Connacht and he would be followed in this position by Cu Connacht, the son of Magnus, as the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Breifne. - Phillip Mac Mahon / Pilib Ua Mathgamna was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Colla da Crioch King of Orghialla / Airghialla / Oriel who had their territory in Co. Monaghan and Co. Armagh in Southern Ulster.

     Sioda / Sheeda "Cam" Mac Namara the Lord Marshall of the Dalcassians and the Heberian Dal gCais Ui Caisin Clan Culien King founded Quin / Cuinche Abbey on the road to Limerick in Co. Clare in the north - west of the Munster Province, which had been the site of the old castle there originally built by the Anglo - Norman Baron, Thomas de Clare.

1403 AD Conor 4th O Kelly / Conchobar Ua Cellaig was now the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Maine King who had their territory in the east of Co. Galway and in Co. Roscommon in Eastern Connacht.

1404 AD Donnell 11 was the Dal Fiatach King of Ulaid who had their territory in Co. Antrim and Co. Down in the east of the Ulster Province.   - Teague / Tadhg was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Moylurg / Mag Luirc who had their territory in Co. Roscommon in the east of the Connacht Province.  - Gilla Patraic O More / Ui Morda was the Irian  Laoghis King who had their territory in Co. Laois / Leix in the mid - north - west of Southern Leinster. - Felim O Toole / Fedlimidh Ua Tuathail was the Heremonian Ui Laoghaire Ui Lughaidh Cu Corb Ui Dunlainge Ui Muiredaig King who had their territory in Co. Wicklow in the south - east of Southern Leinster.

1405 AD James Butler, became the English appointed 4th Earl of Ormonde (the White Earl) until 1452 AD. who was the son of James the previous 3rd Earl of Ormonde whose territory took in Co. Tipperary and Co. Kilkenny / Ossory in the south - west of Southern Leinster.

      Fergal was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn King of Tir nAililla who had their territory in Co. Sligo in the north - west of the Connacht Province.

1406 AD O Connor "Roe" - of Red Complexion O Connor from the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin Ai Siol Muiredaig built a castle at  Tulsk in Co. Roscommon in the east of the Connacht Province. 

1407 AD The English government administration in Ireland set up in the Dublin Castle (The Devil's 1/2 acre) were by now 20,000 pounds in debt with no funds forthcoming from England and their Military operations were confined to defending the territory surrounding, "The English Pale," namely Co. Dublin, Co. Meath, Co. Louth and Co. Kildare in the Leinster Province, which was too large a region now for them to control against the Irish Septs and they were now restricted to "The English Pale" only. This frontier they held against the Irish Septs actually extended from Dundalk in Co. Louth, then inland to Kells via Ardee in Co. Meath in Northern Leinster, then south to Naas and Ballymore Eustace in Southern Leinster before turning east to the sea at Dalkey, skirting the Co. Dublin and Wicklow Mountains in Co. Wicklow in the south - east of Southern Leinster on the way, along with the castles they had previously built therein against the Irish Septs.

   Mac Namara the Heberian Dal gCais Ui Caisin Clan Culien Chief, died this year.

    Sean was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Breifne who had their territory in Co. Leitrim in Northern Connacht.

Roscommon in the east of the Connacht Province.
