                                                                                 1339 AD - 1400 AD

1399 AD Rory 1st / Ruaidri was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Maine King who had his territory in the east of Co. Galway and nearby to Athlone in Co. Roscommon in the east of the Connacht Province. - Henry / Anraoi "Mor" Mac Aitin was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of Tir Awley / Tir nAmalgaid (The Land of 88.Amalgaid) in Co. Mayo in the mid - west of the Connacht Province.

Brian "Catha an Aengagh"-  of the Battle of Nenagh O Brian had died, and his brother,  Conor O Brian, was now elected the new Prince / Tanaiste of Thomond / Northern Munster in Co. Clare until 1426 AD.

On June 1stRichard 11 the Norman Plantagenet English King, had left England, after the death of John of Gaunt his uncle, who was to personally become the common ancestor of both the Lancasters and the Yorkists who would both be involved in the coming "War of the Roses," and he arrived in Ireland again at Waterford in Co. Waterford in the south - east of the Munster Province with another large army. He stayed over with James Butler the 3rd English Earl of Ormonde for 2 weeks at the Ormonde Castle in Co. Kilkenny / Ossory in the south - west of Southern Leinster and confirmed a charter previously granted by William le Marshall on the City of Kilkenny there. While in Co. Kildare in Central Southern Leinster he invested Henry of Lancaster who would later on become Henry V along with several others Knights. The Irish Septs there in Southern Leinster were rebelling against the continuing English repression there, but he was to fail to subjugate them as they carried out guerrilla warfare, and evaded the English Militia at every turn and even harried their forces on the way back to Dublin and their "English Pale."

Meanwhile Richard 11 of York 's cousin, who was now his dedicated enemy, Henry "Bolingbroke" of Lancaster who was to later become Henry 1V, arrived back into England from where Richard 11 had exiled him to France and confiscated the estates of his father, John of Gaunt, and Richard 11 now had to return to England to try and protect his right to the English Crown. He could leave only a small English army in Ireland with only a minor part of Irish territory under their control surrounding "The English Pale" that still remained loyal. The Anglo - Irish and the Irish Septs were now left to their own devices with the English Dublin Castle authority flat out securing the region surrounding "The English Pale." The War of the Roses had now begun in England, where Richard 11 was to be defeated and killed and Henry "Bolingbroke" was to become Henry IV who was to be the first Lancaster to become a Norman King of England and would remain so until 1413 AD. He was to then send over his 13 year old son, Thomas "Bolingbroke" to govern Ireland for him and placate the Anglo - Irish, but he did not even have enough funds to run the English authority in the Dublin Castle. During the ongoing War of the Roses (Red and White) that was to continue on in England in the future, in the north - east of the Ulster Province the districts of Clannaboy, the Glens and the Ards were to be against Henry 1V the Norman 1st Lancaster English King, at Wakefield. Also Red Hugh "Oge" O Donnell, the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn "Northern" Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill King of Tir Conaill / Tyrconnell in Co. Donegal in the north - west of Ulster, Co. Fermanagh, Co. Leitrim and Co. Sligo, joined Gerald Fitz Gerald the Anglo - Irish 3rd Earl of Kildare to unite England and Scotland against Henry 1V also, who they considered was nothing but a Lancaster Usurper. This put them on the side of the Yorkists, and this position was to last until the coming of the Welsh Tudors who were to eventually gain the English monarchy only through their connection to the Lancasters.

John "Mor" Mac Donald the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Colla Uais Lord of the Isles in the Highlands of Scotland married Margery Bissett the heiress to the Estates carved out by her Anglo - Norman ancestors in the Ulster Province, and he was to become the direct ancestor in the future of the Ulster Mac Donnells.

Westminster Hall was built in England with the Oak Trees from Co. Clare in the north - west of the Munster Province. - The town of Dundalk in Co. Louth in the north - east of Northern Leinster was now also walled by the English authorities to keep the Irish Septs out.

1400 AD Seaan, the son of Phillip / Pilib, was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of East Breifne in Co. Cavan in Southern Ulster. - Gilla Isa (Descended from a devotee of Christ) was the Heremonian Ui Cobhthaigh Dal Cuinn Ui Briuin King of West Breifne in Co. Leitrim in Northern Connacht.

James Butler the 4th English Earl of Ormonde (The White Earl) who was fully committed to the English cause, no matter who was in power, was advised by Henry 1V the new Norman 1st Lancaster King of England to treat the Irish Septs as “enemies.”

Fahalty Castle, which once stood on the eastern shore of Derry Varragh Loch connected to the ancient story of "The Children of Lir, " which is 2 miles north - east of Multyfarnham was where Edmund Mortimer the English Earl of March had arrived as a refugee from Henry IV of Lancaster.

Robert Talbot the English appointed Governor in Ireland had nearly all of Kilkenny City in Co. Kilkenny / Ossory in the south - west of Southern Leinster also surrounded by walls to keep the Irish Septs out.
