left out of
the land that was now divided into English Counties by the English appointed sheriffs under the English King,
Henry 111. and he was to
die while in an alliance with his kinsman,

Ui Niaill Cenel Conaill
King who
then took over
the nearby southern territory in
Co. Fermanagh in his own right. His son,
Brian O Niall
was to also ally with Donnell "Mor" O Donnell
to over power
Mac Lochlainn - Laughlin who was his
kinsmen and rival also although he too was from the
Cenel nEogain Sept and
Brian O Niall became the
King of
Tir Eogain and the "Northern" Ui
Niaill Tuaths of the Ui Nialls and
Ui Donnells were to continue
to reign in the Ulster Province until
1603 AD, until after the
Battle of Kinsale against the future English forces of
Elizabeth 1st.
At this period in time
Aed “Meth” was the
Dal Fiatach King of Ulaid

Co. Antrim & Co. Down in the east of the Ulster
Province.

Limerick in the mid - north - west of the Munster Province was the fortress of Fitz Geralds the Anglo - Norman Barons of Desmond - Des - Mumu - (Southern Munster) and their War Cry was Shanid Abu - Shanid Forever and a Trinitarian Friary was also built at Adare in Co. Limerick.
